VDub Baby Shower Fun

To Travis' excitement, this last weekend was our SECOND co-ed baby shower of the year! We celebrated the VDubs as they await their baby girl, "L".  Travis' ability to waddle with a water balloon between his legs won us a Panera giftcard and lots of laughs :)

16 weeks and GROWING!

At 16 weeks pregnant I have gained 8 lbs and have officially embraced maternity clothing! While I am struggling with the many changes in my body, I am happy to say that our pregnancy continues to move forward without complications! Today Travis and I met our physician in Roseville, who will most likely be delivering our baby in 5 short months, and everything looked great. I love listening to the little heartbeat and I can't wait to find out in a few weeks if our little baby is a boy or girl. 

Also today, my favorite little man underwent an endoscopy to see if there any cause for his continued projectile vomiting. The procedure went well and biopsies are pending. My brother-in-law took a few pictures of the little guy:

Moving on...

Last weekend Travis and I said goodbye to our first home together. Over 2 years ago, we made the move away from our family homes in Roseville to the 800 J Lofts in downtown Sacramento. While we are excited to move forward (and to have more space!) we will never forget the many memories that we made in our little 772 sq ft, one bedroom, one bathroom loft. We say goodbye to the kitchen where Travis proposed (romantic, right?), the living room where we set up our miniature Christmas tree when we celebrated our first Christmas as a married couple, and most of all, I think we'll miss our favorite neighbors of all time, the V-Dubs, and all the good times we shared with them!
